A manual that aims to provide information on the traditional practice of weaving in Tonga, and actively seeks to encourage its readers to engage with their elders; in order to share in their knowledge and record this in the manual as a part of the formation of their own cultural identity.

Custom expressive letterforms as a key visual element to communicate the content of the book. Designed with contrasting letterforms – soft embroidery thread and prickly hand drawn characters.
Handle with Care is a novel about a family who's young daughter suffers from Osteogenesis Imperfecta, or brittle bone syndrome.

This project included the branding for the exhibition at Artisan, and the accompanying catalogue.
The catalogue needed to showcase the works included, but also create a sense of continuity despite various photographic styles. The design and typographic setting throughout was also required to be minimalistic to highlight the intricacy of the objects.
